Life with a 2 year old, 6 month old and 2 working moms has felt extra hectic lately. Meal time is one place where I am constantly looking for ways to cut corners and simplify.
We have been LOVING this formula for easy meals lately: Protein in the crockpot + Veggies roasted in the oven or air fryer + different topping options and everyone makes their own bowl.
Last week we made these shredded barbecue chicken bowls and I couldn’t wait to share them!! This recipe makes 6 servings which makes it perfect for a couple of dinners or dinners and lunches throughout the week. I had it for leftovers and can confirm that it is still delicious reheated.
