Grab a simple list of groceries from your local ALDI and follow this meal prep to make 30 servings of high protein food for just $65. No ALDI close by? You should be able to get all of these ingredients from a standard grocery store.

Game Plan
Start by setting up the crockpot with the pork tenderloin, salsa and taco seasoning. Prepare and bake eggs for the breakfast sandwiches. Boil pasta and poach chicken for pasta salad. Blend pasta salad sauce and mix it all together. After eggs are cooked, assemble breakfast sandwiches. Prep sides for the burrito bowls. Prepare and bake mediterranean chicken and potatoes (or wait to bake until later.)
I made everything except for the bagel thins, I plan on making those next week. The Mediterranean baked potatoes with chicken turned out really well. My favorite is the dill pickle and ranch chicken pasta salad.
